I.F. Faded ( A flower for Anna-Mae )

So... this almost never made it online. The original version (And what suits the 'Faded' title better) had a dark browny-red sky - fading light... you know, what I ALWAYS do... anyway, it was clunky and muddy and I chose not to upload it. My daughter (5 going on 15) likes distorting photos in photoshop, and while vandalising pictures from a recent picnic saw this pic and suggested making the sky blue... which worked way better...  so thanks Em x

I.F. Kernel

Obviously inspired by the movie 'Witness'...

Again, more sketchbook characters. When I first drew THIS, he was originally going to have a wife... and this was to be his lovely betroved. Might put the pre-photoshopped version up on flickr in the morning.

Hitched

My interpretation of marriage...

Worked up another sketch before killing in photoshop. The initial idea was to have a large screw in the lower middle, but it was a clumsy metaphor and somewhat crass. I think she was going to be wearing a veil but it got lost somewhere along the way..
